We believe that private investors can maintain a competitive advantage in smaller to mid-size properties. We prefer acquisition of existing properties over construction and development. In many instances, these investments are best found in the class B to Class C range. Rental properties (both single and multi-unit) offer significant market investment opportunities, however, owning and operating rental properties requires significant resources and management consistency. We typically joint venture with investment parties and focus on identification, acquisition, re-branding, property enhancement and management of the investment. Each acquisition is made with a specific investment and exit strategy in mind.

We offer joint venture partners the opportunity to participate in diversified single family home property investments without the typical time commitment to acquisition, evaluation, betterment and rehab and management.
